What is Pay Per Click - PPC?

The main search engines (i.e. Google, Yahoo & MSN) sell premium listings, on a cost per click basis.

When a potential customer arrives at your web site, they have already searched for products or services you offer. This makes them a pre-qualified lead, with a high chance of them purchasing your products or services.

How much does it cost?

Cost Per Click costs depend upon market sector and individual search phrases. Our fees are based on a percentage of your search engine spend.

How much you budget is up to you. The more the budget, the more click throughs, the more leads, the more sales.

Why only submit to the top 20+ when others offer 100+?

There are thousands of search engines online, but only a handful of search engines that are powering them all, so what we do is to target the handful that run them all, and get into those, and from there all the other search engines will pick up the details quickly enough. Besides, how many search engines can you honestly name?

Throughout the time your with Adwords Media our team of SEO Specialists will spend hours going over your pages checking and monitoring your placements within the search engines over the whole 12 months of our search engine optimisation campaign to ensure your website's popularity continues to grow, and that you are recieving keyword focusused traffic through to your website.

What Packages are available at what cost?

Although Adwords Media offer various levels of Search Engine Optimisation, we also try to base our Search Engine Optimisation prices on the individual web site. So, if you have a simple site, or want a simple site developed and optimised, it will cost you less than a site that's complex and needs more work to get it ranked well in the search engines.

How quickly can I expect to see results?

One of the most common questions asked in SEO is how long till I see results. Every industry is different and also there are many factors that will either help or hinder your progress within Google.

One of the most effective factors that will help you receive fast results in Pagerank. Once a website becomes developed under search engine optimization so that your site is search engine friendly your pagerank is a major factor that will help the speed of your results. Once your website has been developed the first stage is to wait for Google to come and cache the new work within your website. This can take anywhere from a couple of days to weeks all depending on the pagerank of your website. The reason you have good pagerank to your website is through the fact that you have many links pointing to your website. These links are how the robots come into your website, so the greater amount of links the more times the robots can access your website.

Once your website has finally been cached your website will then feature within the Google under the developed keywords your SEO campaign has been worked for. The position in which they are located again is effected by the pagerank of your website. The higher the pagerank is of your website the greater the power of your website this then equals better listings. Another factor that will help you receive quick results is the age of your domain. The older your domain is the better, it is very rare that you see many very old website domains but Google seems to like the older domain possibly through trust. Again you also have other factors that can influence your results such as content and website structure but in reality whatever you try with SEO it takes time to get good results.

When my website is optimised how long will I maintain positions for?

You could hold your position for many months or years without any additional work. There again, you could drop after a few months. A lot is down to the search engines and their algorithms. When this happens the web site will need tweaking to regain your rankings, which is our job. Google in particular is well known for changing its algorithms regularly.

I've been told I need hundreds of links from other sites?

At some time you may have been or may get contacted by companies stating that you need hundreds of links to get you to the top of Google. This is partly true but not accurate.

Links alone will not get you to the top of Google, if your website is not developed for your keywords or made search engine friendly then the links will in essence be a waste of time. There are also many other factors that you must consider about links, just a large influx of links is not good if they are for instance all on the same IP address or they are not in the Google cache and the list goes on.

Links are very important in themselves once your website is developed. Firstly a link has to be relevant to your website for it to be regarded as a good link. Every industry comes under a theme so for instance if you are a website that offers loans your website is amongst the financial industry. This means that you are able to get links from other financial websites. Now that you have established the theme of your website it is also very important to look at how many links feature on a page.

If you are looking for a good quality link that will provide you some value you must ensure that the page has good Pagerank and consists of less than 100 links according to Google. If the page your link features on has more than 100 links on it then in reality it will not provide you any use. Next if someone is going to provide you with many links check the IP addresses of each of the sites you are going to feature under. If they all have the same IP address you may as well only have one link on one of the website because the rest are classed as the same website.

These are just some of the reasons you need to be aware of when you are told you need hundreds of links to your website. If you would like further information in regards to link building or search engine optimization please feel free to get in contact with us.
